MoCHIP Event FAQs:
MoCHIP events are held on SATURDAY'S ONLY. If you have a special request, please contact our office to discuss first (636.530.6069).
All requests to schedule MoCHIP events are made through our Web site.
All requests must be submitted by a Masonic Lodge. If you are a church, organization or the like, you must first you must have a Masonic Lodge in your area agree to co-host an event with you. Please go to http://www.momason.org/lodges.asp to locate a Lodge. If they are in agreement, they must be the event contact and submit the request form with your organization as the co-host.
Not all events requested are approved as equipment and manpower may not be available on the day requested. We will however make every effort to accommodate your request by offering other available dates.
MoCHIP reserves the right to cancel any scheduled event due to inclement weather, inadequate space/working conditions, poor volunteer support, lack of preparation.
- When you receive your email confirmation, there will be two attachments, instructing you on Lodge responsibilities and how MoCHIP works. Please read all of the information, even if you have held a MoCHIP event before, as this information is updated routinely.
- Lodge must provide 20-30 volunteers, provide food and liquid refreshments for all workers, and is responsible for all advertising and distribution of promotional tools provided in the two attachments. (i.e. customizable flyer, press release, etc)
- Lodge please also note that you must submit a Mandatory Volunteer List (supplied upon approval) to your Regional Coordinator 10 days before your event. (Email listing of Regional Coordinators can be found byclicking here)

All fields must be completed or your form will not be submitted. Therefore, please have all details for your MoCHIP event worked out prior to making a request.
Should you need to know if a particular date is available during your planning stage, please call our office (636-530-6069) and we will be happy to work with you to secure a date.
If there is more than one lodge or organization working with your lodge, please add the additional names in the comments section.
