MOCHIP Request Event Requesting a MOCHIP Event
Do you have an event coming up at which you would like to include the Missouri Child Identification Program (MOCHIP)? All MOCHIP events must be held in conjuction with a Missouri Masonic Lodge as the event host. If you would like more information continue to browse the site or proceed to "Contact Us" and provide your question to our state coordinator. Please note, when checking our "Calendar of Events" for available dates, you are seeing confirmed events only--not requests being processed or on hold. MOCHIP events are typically held on Saturday's as we are a volunteer-based program. We will on certain occasions accept multiple day events. It is best to limit the duration of events to not more than six (6) to (8) hours. We recommend 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Not all "Requests" are approved, but we will make every effort to accommodate your request. We are limited by equipment and volunteer manpower. We also reserve the right to reschedule approved events.

Remember that all MOCHIP events must be SPONSORED AND REQUESTED by a Masonic Lodge of Missouri. Organizations are responsible for contacting area Masonic Lodges.
Request Event
We ask that you submit requests at least 3 months prior to the event, however due to the popularity of our program 6 months or more is recommended. At this time we cannot consider weekday events! MOCHIP events are held on Saturdays only with very few exceptions.
Due to the comprehensive nature of MOCHIP events we require five (5) eight foot tables in a row and four (4) other tables for registration, dental work and ID cards.
Please remember it is up to the host Lodge to provide a dentist or dental technician for the event. A nurse or EMT is acceptable but a dentist or dental technician is preferred.
Your "request" is instantly forwarded when you press the "ADD" button to the Masonic Children's Foundation Coordinator. Your request will be reviewed and you may be contacted if more information is needed. Once your request has been reviewed and approved you will be contacted by an authorized representative of the Masonic Children's Foundation. Your Event will then appear on the Web site "Calendar." The Masonic Children's Foundation provides all equipment and materials for the event, and an on-site supervisor. The host Lodge is responsible to place 30 volunteers, promotion of the event, and refreshments for the workers. 20 of the 30 requested volunteers must be able to operate a computer with at least some skill. Remember the MOCHIP ID package is provided absolutely FREE OF CHARGE by the Masonic Children's Foundation. Lodges, Event Partners, or anyone who would like to help support this program are encouraged to contact a member of the Masonic Children's Foundation through the Grand Lodge of Missouri A.F. & A. M. office.
